  • The LACA Board of Directors, which consists of five (5) people, meet at 5:00pm at the venue for a pre-meeting.  Please provide a quiet table for our meeting.  This can be the same table the LACA will hold their event at.
  • LACA members begin arriving at 6:00pm.  Beverages and appetizers may be passed or served at a set location.  Beverages include wine and beer, but liquor is to be no-host.
  • Dinner meetings are generally called to order at 7:00pm.  This portion of the meeting will typically last two (2) hours.  A restaurant representative is encouraged to address the group and introduce their chef at this time, and to distribute information packets.
  • Dinner service begins at 7:15pm, depending on the guest speakers.  Dinner can be chef’s choice, a limited menu or the entire regular menu.  This is up to the hosting restaurant and what works best for them.  We recommend that the restaurant showcase some of their signature dishes.
  • Pleas set up a small table for two to receive the association members upon arrival.  Two chairs and a garbage receptacle are needed.
  • Compensation: The LACA agrees to pay $15.00 for each member in attendance.  This is designed to help offset the set-up cost and provide a gratuity to the servers.
  • Payment is to be made by company check at the conclusion of the dinner.  Payment will be made by the LACA Treasurer.
  • Four (4) meetings per year include our corporate sponsors.  These guests represent vendors that work with the Concierge and our out of town visitors.  If sponsors will be invited to a meeting, the hosting venue will be notified of this in advance.
  • Private rooms are always preferred in order to not disturb other dining patrons and to encourage networking that involves addressing the group.
