"At the gateway to the Central Coast wine region, Herzog Wine Cellars in Oxnard, California, is a testament to the Herzog family’s commitment to making great wine. The new winery, designed with Special Reserve wines and small-lot winemaking in mind, combines state-of-the-art winemaking technology with a hands-on approach to artisan winemaking. Also at the winery is Tierra Sur Restaurant, serving seasonal Mediterranean cuisine for both lunch and dinner. With 77,000 square feet of space dedicated to fine winemaking and wine tasting, Herzog Wine Cellars has created a center for high-end, contemporary winemaking in a tradition that dates back eight generations."
