“BondSt., situated in the Thompson Beverly Hills Hotel shares a similar sensibility to it’s New York City flagship while embracing a unique West Coast feel. The modern Japanese eatery features 140 seats, outdoor dining, a sushi bar, and an exclusive second floor BondSt. Lounge with a private library alcove. The mezzanine level bar and lounge evokes the Hollywood pleasure dens of the 1970’s and boasts an eclectic mix of modern and vintage fixtures. The lounge serves cold and hot appetizers in addition to a mix of offerings from Bond Street’s sushi and sashimi bar.
Eight floors above BONDST, signature BONDST cocktails, sushi, and hot food are served poolside at ABH on the roof of Thompson Beverly Hills. This bi-level roof deck plays host to Thompson hotel guests, featuring a bar, lounge, and private dining trellis with fireplace. BondSt. is proud to announce their most recent addition, new Executive Chef Brian Redzikowski previously of Matsuhisa Aspen and Japanese fine dining restaurant, Yellowtail in the Bellagio Hotel.”
