STEPHANE BEAUCAMP RETURNS TO VERMONT RESTAURANT
New Partnership Taps Original Chef to Restore Food Philosophy, Blend Best of Mark’s Restaurant into Los Feliz Eatery
Mark’s food philosophy and indispensible menu of favorites now blends with Vermont’s comfortable décor and seasoned s taff. The two companies quietly merged on June 1st with the noticeable changes taking place when executive chef Stephane Beaucamp takes over the kitchen.
“When we partnered up with the owners of Vermont, we knew little needed to be changed in dining room, which we consider to be one of the most brilliant in the city! We focused our efforts squarely on the food. Stephane’s original post as Vermont’s executive chef as well as his point of view on contemporary California, seasonal menus made him a natural leader in our kitchen.” said Mark’s owner Wayne Elias. “By bringing back Stephane we’re paying omage to the experience that made the Vermont great while contemporizing the experience with a heavy focus on seasonal menus”.
