(Beverly Hills, CA): Villa Blanca, the newest restaurant from Lisa Vanderpump Todd and Ken Todd, (already known for reinventing the West Hollywood hotspot SUR), opened its doors April 29. Villa Blanca, formerly occupied by Trilussa Ristorante, has completely transformed the iconic corner of Brighton and Camden; creating a visually exhilarating restaurant while delivering a fresh new culinary experience under the direction of Executive Chef Francis Dimitrius.
Villa Blanca is the brainchild of restaurateurs Lisa Vanderpump Todd and Ken Todd, who besides owning SUR, have also honed their skills as proprietors of the well known London establishments Jewel, Shadow Lounge and 20 other London eateries and clubs. "We do this because it is fun. With Villa Blanca, we were excited to create something totally new in Beverly Hills," explains Lisa Vanderpump Todd. "This is an amazing spot; one of the best corners in Beverly Hills, and having Francis come aboard as our executive chef brought it all together - I see it as a great merger of talents."
